Quick question on these guys. Their rule Annihilator reads "This model gains an additional die on the melee damage roll against living models", now, my interpretation of that is that on the charge, I get 4 dice for damage (2d6+1d6(Annihilator)+1d6(charge).
Is that right?

Yes, when you charge you get a boosted attack roll. You can only boost a roll once. This is why you can't spend a focus to further boost a charge attack because you've already received a boost. I believe you can have as many additional die to support your attack as you can get. However, getting more than one source of additional die on anything is usually tricky and why it's allowed. I think the highest any of my things can do is like 5d6 on one damage roll, but there are probably other crazy things that exceed that.

As Sgt.Sunshine said additional die is different from boosted roll so you get both.

5d6 is the highest I've come up with - 2d6 base, boosted 1d6, extra dice 1d6, weapon master 1d6.

From my friend, Dan:
Add pVlad's Signs and Portents and you can roll 6 dice, but then
you have to drop the lowest (a charging Doom Reaver under
effect of pButcher's feat)

I'm not wrong in thinking you can have more additional dice right? I'm just curious now as to how to make that happen >_>

You're correct: every roll can be boosted only once, but can gain as many additional dice as you can add. In fact, there are many feats/spells that give multiple additional dice, like Ashlyn's feat as well as, as manfred mentioned, the spell Signs and Portents.
I can't think of any way for a single caster to get a true 6 dice roll, though obviously there are several ways to get to 6, then discard 1 or 2. On the other hand, there are plenty of multi-caster forces that can pull 6 dice (as a Skorne player, Xerxis' feat and Zaal's spell Last Stand cast on weapon masters comes to mind).

The largest amount of dice in a theoretical sense is the Hydra / Forsaken combo. Hydra generates focus when it gets hit, and the Forsaken's Blight Shroud does a POW 8 damage roll with additional dice for every focus/fury point on the target model.
So, theoretically, the damage roll has as many dice as times you can hit the Hydra. In a simple scenario, a full unit of blighted archers plinks the Hydra, hitting around eight times, then Forsaken walks up and pops the shroud, throwing out a damage roll of 10d6+8.
But, on the table, the most anyone is likely to see is five, for something like a Weaponmaster charging with some additional dice mechanic like Butcher's feat.
