From the depths of Commorragh comes a creation so vile and despicable, that to touch it's toxin coated skin is to brush with death itself. A creation of Haemonculus art and destruction, the Mefitas is a black shelled monstrocity, coated in some of the most virulent toxins, rumored to be produced by the sisterhood of Lhilitu, the weapons and surface of this creature are a true horror to behold on the battlefield. Mefitas engines are rare, for it takes several hundreds of years to complete a single engine, but they are valued greatly during realspace raids, as the toxins employed draw out the victim's death for an extended period of time during which their nervous system is completly overloaded whilst the poison prevents an unconscious state to be taken up by the victim. As such, a victim suffers an extremely gruesome and horrid death as their very body is eaten away at millimeter at a time throughout an extreme paralysis.

Wargear: Armo(u)red carapace, Skrylight Poison, Twin-linked Splinter Rifle

Skrylight Poison: All Close Combat attacks made by the Mefitas are poisoned and wound on a 3+

Special Rules: Night Vision, Power from Pain, Fearless, Move Through Cover, Neurotoxic shock, Contagion Blood

Neurotoxic Shock: Any model that suffers an unsaved wound from the Mefitas Infector Engine in close combat must take a Wounds characteristic test, if failed, the model may not shoot, assault, or use psychic powers until the controlling Dark Eldar player's next movement phase.

Contagion Blood: Should the Mefitas suffer an unsaved wound, all models in base to base contact suffer a wound on a 3+ to represent the spew of pressurized acidic blood (Note: This does NOT count for Neurotoxic Shock should it wound a multiple wound model)

Options:

Take:
Necrotoxin Missile.... 15 Points (maximum of 1)

Replace Twin-linked Splinter Rifle with:

Liquifier Gun....15 Points

I feel that It may be a bit overpowered, though with only 3 attacks, 4 on the charge, it doesnt seem too bad given that statistically against anything T5 or lower, it has 12% chance of failing each WOUND dealt out... If it seems underpowered or overpowered, or you see something that you want me to fix go ahead and tell me, I'm hoping for some feedback and suggestions.

No feedback?

Mattieu~~~~ It's not that eldar are bad, it's that they require a lot of intergration between units. Also, that doesnt prove anything other than GW has a huge hard-on for marines, and, given the option between making a xeno the best psykers or making a marine the best psyker, they will 9 times out of 10 choose the marine.

What it looks like?

Well, the body is dark, with a large armored shell covering the main body and the head, similar to the turtle. It moves low to the ground, but is smaller than the Talos, and larger than the Cronus. It's underbelly has hooks and claws (some of the parts from the Tyranid boxes that are dripping with poison should do).

No, I do not have the model, though it could easily be kit-bashed from the Talos/Cronus set I think.
