i am not sure if there is anything close your way ( close is not a word you hear often in PA ) but i think the closest store you are going to find is the AG in Harrisburg.

Not sure about anything towards the middle of the state, but out in the Lehigh Valley, Allentown, there are a bunch of clubs. I play at my local hobby town on Saturdays, around 2pm 'til close.
