Trying to write an army list at work and i dont have my codex to hand to check the rules.
Do Defilers and Chaos Dreads count as having DP and so ignore Shaken and Stunned results?
I apologise for my lack of RAW/RAI etc. knowledge

This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.

Dreads are just crazed,unfortunately,which has led to a friend at my FLGC to leave them out of his lists because they caused more trouble for him than his opponent.

Of course if GW would clarify the whole "crazed - pivot" thing they could be considerably better.

Unless you roll Fire Frenzy, in which case you're stuck wondeirng whether you pivot towards the enemy, or you pivot randomly and hope that pivots you towards the closest enemy.
