Inquisitor go with the 3 warband with servitors

Now that to me seems to be an intresting army with 3 units for close combat and 3 units for a bit of ranged stuff.

Or should I keep the ranged units in ranged and close combat seperate and have like a whole squad of pure CC and pure ranged

Not super experienced with GK, but it would seem that the Warriors/Jokaero in combo with things like DCAs hurts the fluidity of the army...yay rapid fire with my BS 3 bolters...and now the death cults can't assault...see where this is going?

Some things to consider:

-DCAs...USE THEM...they are clearly the best henchmen with the easy capacity to take down even termies...48 power weapons on the charge at Initiative 6 makes MEQs cry.

-Warriors are useful but not as dumbed down space marines...use them for cheap meltas and maybe a storm shield but not much else

-Crusaders: ever tried 'em? they tend to rock, giving you a cheap storm shield for absorbing the worst of punishment and get power weapons to boot! my list has a squad of 4 of these guys with 8 DCAs, giving them a wall of protection should they get stranded away from their chimera

-Jokaero...hmm I've debated about them for a while...consider a squad or two of maybe 2-4 and sit em somewhere in cover (saves you the cost of a chimera)

-Coteaz: maybe im missing the point of ur army, and yes inqusitors are cool and all, but why waste points on 3 inquisitors to make an inqusitors army? coteaz is probably sufficient, and if you must have more elites, use some of the better ones

Good to see more armies moving away from the paladin/purifier standard (still awesome of course). Good luck!

The inquisitors are so the servitors don't get mind lock, if tat happens my whole unit can't shoot.

I will try putting some DCA with crusaders, very good close combat setup. jokaero, I will have 2-3 to get their weird and wonderful upgrades for my whole units.

Thats about it, it definatly a different army to everyone else's. I thought it would be cool. Inquisition army have lots variaty that can even out gun and out cc grey knights.

Oh i forgot bout the servitors...i'd strongly advise against using them...another 200+ points to ensure that you can shoot with BS 3? i'd advise the use of warriors or jokaero for your heavy shooting...if you must have them make one squad and stick coteaz in with them.

I'm not sure I like it, to be honest.

How do you have 3 inquisitors? That gives you a total of 4 HQs.

I think the thing I like the least about the list is that you feel very generalized, and not in a good way. It's like you built a mechvet list, but gave them lascannons and power weapons rather than what they were good at, except this is worse because you're only BS 3.

My advice is to specialize; drop the Jokaero in anything that's going to get into melee, make sure you have 2-3 jokearo in the squads you want to be shooty. Drop the servitors (multimeltas on infantry aren't so good) If you keep the warriors, give a couple of them meltas or plasmas.

Those are my first thoughts.
