Please give advice for army list, I am newbie Tyranid player and I'm not sure about this list. Please comment.

Okay, this is a fast attack army that will deepstrike, infiltrate and outflank every unit. Hive Tyrant goes with Hormagaunts with Hive Commander Outflank. Lictor guides Raveners and Rippers with Deep Strike and Genestealers infiltrate in nice and close. What do you think

For starters the Zooanthrope is out of place, if you haven't got 2/3 in a Spore Pod, they shouldn't be in this type of list.

Can the Hive Tyrand outflank with the Hormagaunts? I don't know if he's allowed..

Lictors are a bit meh as well. As are rippers.
Basically you want Hive Tyrant, Spore Podding Zooanthropes, Genestealers, maybe outflanking Gaunts/Tervigon, Raveners, Gargoyles maybe a Mawloc or two, maybe Deathleaper.
(Not all of that in a 1000 point list, but those are the units you should be using in this type of list...
