Yes, they are, but that's because the Space Marines get more points than the Orks do. Sorry man, but this thread is pointless.

It pretty much evens the forces.

Thats how the scanarios are designed. they are the starter set and are stand alone. The sapce marines have to fulfil objectives, so makes it harder for them. Also GW want some marine players so they can sell more stuff

Nooo, the orks are way OP because the marines can't feild a legal army, so they auto lose....
