How does this list look?

130 - Lady Malys
150 - Duke Sliscus

173 - 4 Trueborn w/ blasters, Venom w/ extra SC

151 - 9 Warriors, Raider w/ FF
203 - 9 Wyches, haywire grenades, shardnet and impaler, hekatrix w/ venom blade, Raider w/ FF
328 - (2x) 7 Wyches, haywire grenades, shardnet and impaler, Raiders w/ shock prow and enhanced aethersails
250 - (2x) 5 Warriors, blaster, Venoms w/ extra SC

264 - (2x) 5 Scourges, haywire blaster and heat lance

250 - (2x) Ravager w/ FF and NS
105 - Talos w/ TL haywire blaster

2004

Not gonna lie, Talos and scourges are mainly in there because I love the new models.

I'll probably start everything on the table, maybe keep the scourges or the trueborn or the warriors in reserves. I feel like Malys' deployment trickery would would well in this list. Talos is fine marching forward and disabling tanks. Lots of haywiring. If the scourges start on the field, I could suppress the dangerous tanks in my oponent's army, maybe redeploy the scourges with Malys so they can disable a tank that was trying to hide. Can I use Mayls redeploy to take something out of reserves and deploy it on the table?

6 troops is great, but is it superfluous? I feel like I filled up the rest of the force org chart pretty well. I could maybe find about 50 points and put the duke with some carbine trueborn instead of warriors. Or i could drop the warrior venoms and get a unit of incubi. Or I could drop the warrior venoms and get another blaster trueborn squad, and use the extra points to flush out the wych squads.

Gah!

Okay, first off - 2004? Is it a 2000 point list or isn't it? I'll admit eternal confusion to people who post lists that are 1-5 points over and don't even comment on a desire to trim the list down.

The 9 man Warrior squad as a Sliscus escort feels a little taked on and not fully thought out.
You've got 2 Wych squads kitted out to do tarpit duty (bot costing more than a tarpit Wych squad really needs to) and it's not like the rest of your army is built to be so shooting centric that you need tarpits...and even beyond that, if you're using 14 Wyches to tarpit and 9 to assault...why is the Duke so important to your strategy? Yeah, he's good, but you're not using him to maximum benefit and consequently are paying a lot for his special rules that you aren't fully exploiting.

I'd tend to advocate 2x Haywire Blaster over the Haywire/lance mix...though your entire army is rather painfully underequipped for anti-tank for a 2000 point build.

I think you need to go back and reassess what you expect out of each unit.

If the Wyches are there to be an assault threat you really do want a Hekatrix with an Agoniser.

If the Wyches aren't there to be an assault threat, you can save a lot of points by dropping the whole Duke aspect of the army and refocusing those saved points on shooting to give the Wyches something to actually protect when they tarpit.

Pretty neutral on the Scourges, but at least you admit they are there for the models. After a few games maybe look again at their cost vs. the Trueblaster's cost and see if love of models still holds out.

My thoughts,
Thor.
