Both ... but Apocalypse are the rules for Apocalypse and IA are their own rules

...Apocalypse are cheaper, the Imperial armour is nicer but normally covers a single race.

... now I would recommend that you look at them before buying ... (scribd don't ask more)

Some of the titan rules are in the apoc books, some are in the IA books.

I would suggest you look at IA:apoc2 first - it has a list of which books have the current rules for all units.
