Are the rules for using titans in the apocolypse book or the forge world books? I dont want to be getting the wrong one now.

Both ... but Apocalypse are the rules for Apocalypse and IA are their own rules

...Apocalypse are cheaper, the Imperial armour is nicer but normally covers a single race.

... now I would recommend that you look at them before buying ... (scribd don't ask more)

Some of the titan rules are in the apoc books, some are in the IA books.

I would suggest you look at IA:apoc2 first - it has a list of which books have the current rules for all units.
