The lone Dreadnought is troublesome. As one of only a few vehicles in the list it's going to get worked over pretty quickly. Also, the Terminators are less competitive than Strike Squads for basically the same price. 10 models in Powered Armor take the same amount of anti-infantry firepower to kill, and against weapons that can penetrate armor, it's always better to have two models with a 3+ save than one model with a 2+/5++, especially when you factor in cover saves. I'd reaplce the Terminators with Strike Squads and ditch the Librarian and the Brotherhood Banner on the Paladins for Rhinos and a second Dreadnought. That should put you right near the points cap.

Also, why field Paladins on foot below full strength? Without a transport they won't get into combat fast enough to do anything useful, so it's just better to buy them a Land Raider.
