So I play BA and am thinking about making some Multi-Melta attack bikes. The codex says to upgrade the Heavy Bolter to a Multi-Melta. I got that part down but that means the only weapon left on the model is a Bolt Pistol. I don't see how I'm suppose to model the attack bike WYSIWYG only showing a boltpistol and MM.
How do you do it? It looks like there is a Heavy Bolter on both the biker and passenger side so if I replace one there is still a HB on the other side. Why would they have that one both sides...I don't get how to WYSIWYG them >_>

Are you talking about the 2 bolters on the handlebars? They're part of the Bike and can't be removed or replaced.
EDIT: So what you'll end up with is the driver with a bolt pistol, the Bike itself with to two bolters, and the sidecar gunner with a MM, which is WYSIWYG.

The bolters are counted as part of the bike itself, not as the drivers weapon which is the bolt pistol.
When you look at the Attack Bikes entry on GWs website it doesn't list the bolters seperately because they're part of the "Space Marine bike" listed under War Gear:

Even so, there's no situation where you'd want to use the bolt pistol. Bikers have relentless, and therefore can move, shoot, and assault with any weapons, including the twin linked bolters on the front of the bike.

So lets say I replace the Heavy Bolter with a MM for the attack bike.
I now have a Bolt Pistol, 2 Bolters (on the bike) and a Multi-Melta to shoot?

As a given, i dont WYSIWIG bolt pistols, ever. its a given every marine has one. I only WYSIWIG stuff if their actually have weapons that are important/different from standard loadout.
Then again, since you are asking...
Officer sprues: they have forward pointing bolt-pistols in the shooting position. Otherwise, you could just make a green-stuff strap to have it hanging off the bikers arm.
