I have just started 40k, acquired and painted my first Space Marines models (intended for a normal SM army)
As it goes, the problem of safekeeping and transportation arises..
While searching the web, i have grown fond of the Battlefoam 432 with pluck foam carry bag
http://www.battlefoam.com/products/%28432%29-P.A.C.K.-432-Pluck-Foam-Load-Out.html
What do you guys think about it? I would love some feedback from owners.. Is it any good? Can it hold a 1800 point SM army? My objection is that you need to turn the models sideways while transportation..
Any other alternatives besides Battle foam??
Thanks, your comments are much appreciated!

I've used the Sabol and GW cases to date, but I've certainly seen enough of the Battlefoam stuff around.
The GW cases are fine if your army is of fairly standard size and shape (humanoid). as you move toward larger or more irregularly sized minis, the GW cases become less desirable.
Sabol cases are pluck foam and reasonably well put together. As with any pluck foam case though, you'll find that there is a bit of a learning curve to plucking properly.
The Battlefoam stuff pretty much reigns as the Cadillac of miniature cases. They're well designed, the workmanship is superb and the options for things like custom foam trays are pretty awesome. The only downside is the price. So long as you can and want to afford a Battlefoam case, you're good to go.

What do you exactly mean? Is it that hard? What should one have in mind?

Look at the video tutorials on Battlefoam. There's stuff all over, not that I've looked for myself, or tried.

You should also look at KR Multicase and Feld Herr.
KR are cheap and have numerous case and foam options.
Feldherr sell some really good bags most don't even look like nerdy army cases (if you are concerned by such things?) and cheapish too.

Is anyone familiar with Battlefoam's pluck foam?
How is the bottom structured? When you remove a box, does that leave the foam perforated? How do you cover the bottom?
Thanks!
