My idea for my CSM is to have them in highly modified armour that is based around both fantasy armour and archaic Power armour. Im going to be using alot of chaos warriors helmets, and the steam knights helmets from Maximini.
Im wondering, where else could i look for inspiration on conversions for this? I mean, beyond the game of warhammer (and 40k). Im mostly looking for ideas for the physical power armour other than the helmets (those i have the plans for)
THe only ideas i have is plates, studs and leather. Im looking for more.
I've seen packs of sheathed sword bits (from GW maybe?) give every one a chaosy sword strapped to his side/back
Use polearms (like thGK ones) instead of swords for power weapons and a suitably huge hammer instead of powerfists
