Who will be trying to get a last game in before the world ends tomorrow?

You see, the rapture is not the world ending, just the day that the faithful get sucked up to the great above. I for one am looking forward to some quality looting afterwards, and many good games to come.

See is this time zone dependent? Because it's been the 21st for like 4 and a half hours here and nothing has happened.

I'm sure its not true ( I mean, every single person could just say they had found a date for the end of the world in the bible)... So I'll probably just be going to my flgs and play a few games as usual...

And you know that for sure? I have no idea how something like the rapture would even work, but what if only 100 people (relatively unknown people living in solitude) or so are worthy of being enraptured (is that the word?)? Would anyone notice their absence after a couple of hours?

Anyway as I tried to explain to Mrs. Kyoto all that happens tomorrow is the rightous ascend to heaven so if she finds I'm missing and just a pile of clothes by the computer that's what happened.

Then we get 6 months of earthquakes and volcanoes and the world ends on October 31st so you still get to have some trick or treating.

Am I the only one curious as to where May 21st came from? I thought December 22nd, 2012 was supposed to be the end time? Actually, maybe it's better to believe the 28th of this month is a better date for the end time, eh? All GW players know what I mean...

Maybe, it came from the same guy that said the world would end in 1994. Then when ask why it didn't, said well someone must of got down on there knees and repented. Christian radio host Harold Camping, a dumbass by all acounts.

The 2012 date is from (misinterpreting) the Mayan calendar.

The 2011 date is from (making up a lot of rubbish about) the Bible.

Actually, I heard from a stable (cant say reliable since nobody actually TRULY knows) source that the earth is supposed to undergo a change, similar to the scale of Pangea (one big continent) splitting into 7 or the ice age, on the 22nd of Dec. Not the end of the world, cataclysmic event, just a big drastic change. But this is the first I've heard of the 2011 stuff.

I sincerely don't believe why anybody believes any of this mumbo jumbo. The same guy who said the Rapture was happening tomorrow said the same thing in 1993 around June.
