ok that sounds about fair

i'm thinking around 170-180 points. I like the idea of the unlimited combi weapon. As he doesn't really have any special rules it may be just as good to use the warboss rules. His stats are nice but a warbosses isn't hugely different to your character.

hes pretty much a better than average nob and his special rules are on there.

Might want to allow upgrades like Bigbomm and Buzzsaw (like a second PK).

Other than that, pretty nice. Though you don't really need to call it an 'Unlimited Ammo Kombi-Weapon', just call it a Skorcha.
