Drop Trooper with Demo Charge

Hello Dakka,
I recently applied some transfers to my standard bearer denoting regiment etc. and I have noticed a slight shine around them, I am assuming that this is from the transparent backing, if so, is there any way of eliminating this?

Many thanks,

Will20017
