Just wondering, if i have a squad of 30 boys including a nob with power claw assaulting 5 assault terminators, can the terminators use their storm shields against my pk armed nob and their terminator armor against my normal boys?

Yup that would be correct since the rule book lets you choose which save is best for you from all of the saves available. If he wanted to he could use the Storm Shield saves against the normal boyz, but that would be silly when he has a better armor save.
