So I picked up a bunch of used Epic Eldar and Space Marines, but there a few things in here, that I can not identify.

One stand here looks like they could be Harlequins, but I find no mention of Epic Harlequins anywhere.

The other is clearly some Space Marine thing, though what exactly, I have no idea.

And the other, Imperial Guards??? They don't have the point helmets like Eldar.

Anyone have any good idea of what these are?

The top pic is definitely Imperial Guard, with an officer/commissar.

The middle pic looks like Space Marine land speeders of some sort, possibly kitbashed.

The third pic are indeed Harlequins, according to this auction site selling similar figures: http://www.craftworldgames.co.uk/p/category/0903142653-Epic+40k+Bitz+Box/

Although it looks like yours has an IG heavy weapons gunner in the center of the base.

middle one is part of a SM land speeder, its missing the middle and bottom part with the small flying base attached.
