Hi all,

Here are my latest models, the pictures are the best I could get with my phone, I hope they are not too dark.

I'm finishing off some more Kommandos and have some Nobz base coated ready for painting. I'm getting a Battleforce soon and so I'm looking forward to painting the Trukk and painting some Burnas.

All your comments and criticisms welcome.

Ben

Thanks for the comments, I am pleased with them too.

I'm sorry but I don't have a clue how long it took to paint the Big Mek as I paint when I've got a spare hour. The part that took the longest was the KFF. It took a long time to paint all the metal and the wires and then paint on the washes and the Hawk Turquoise corrosion.

I prefer the more subtle look of Orkhide shade, Knarloc green and Gretchin green instead of the more typical Goblin green.

Thanks again

I am going to try (fail more likely) to paint one in 4 hours for competition down at local GW, not really fancying my chances but we'll see how it goes. I started off with knarloc green basecoats and snot green drybrush followed by green wash, then i discovered orkhide shade and now do them orkhide - knarloc - goblin - wash (looks a bit off with half army one colour skin) Multi-racial orks building a brighter waaagghhhh for the future
