I'm more than aware of the stigma around playing Space Marines, especially Space Wolves.
I however, am currently working on a Salamanders derivative chapter.
Anyhow, regardless of my notions in the hobby, I am a 21 year old U.S. Marine, been reading the books for a few years, only been in the wargaming hobby for a few months, and looking to get better.
Couple of friends told me that the Dakkaites knew their stuff, and i figured i'd come over here and start my learnin.

Saddens me just a bit that salamanders don't get their own sub-codex.
But we'll be waiting around for that until GW finally gets around to making sub-dexes for all the rest of the armies, i suppose.

I love my dreads. Scipio. At some point i'll put up pictures of the ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE conversions i did utilizing some Heavy Arms Custom Gundam parts, and a fair bit of green stuff.
And by horribl i mean like.. 2.5 inch barrel autocannons.
