After opening internet explorer and Firefox, it seems this problem is only shown in 'google chrome'

It is just your local cache on your machine as you happened to view the site in a moment it was restarting. It will clear up automatically Click shift-refresh (or ctrl-refresh) and it might come back, otherwise just wait and it will return.

ctrl-R didn't work .... But no problems , i'll play the waiting game
