This is the list i am thinking of running in an upcoming GT in my area.
There a 2 Objective Missions, 1vp, 1 where the aim is to get units (1 point) and scoring units(3 points) into the enemy deployment zone and 1 KP missions. Although they are have secondary's (KPs for the objective missions etc.)
Any help at all is greatly appreciated.

(Hit and Run and Furious Charge Makes The Command Squad SCARY)
Librarian-Terminator Armour, SS, Null Zone, Vortex Of Doom-140
(Toss Up between chaplain to support the death-star. Or this guy for psyker defense. I'm leaning towards the bike chaplain.)
Command Squad (A choice between these dudes and stern-guard. Guess who's Cooler? And the stern-guard would have trouble keeping up once they dropped)
Apothecary-Bike
Company Champion-PW, Combat Shield
Veteran-Power Fist, SS
Veteran-Power Sword,Melta Bombs, SS
Veteran-Power Sword, SS
Total-325
5xAssault Terminators-TH/SS-200
(Nearly always make up there points. Drop them somewhere central to the enemy's army and they use a lot of shooting on them instead of the closing bikes or scatter so they can be picked off more easily.
Ironclad-Meltagun, Seismic Hammer, Heavy Flamer, Hunter Killer Missile, Drop Pod, Locator Beacon-200
(Distracts the enemy. And if his pod lives a round (A big if) He can bring down the termies relatively safely.
10xScouts-Power Fist, Teleport Homer, 8xShotguns, Heavy Bolter (with Hellfire Shells)-190
4xBikes+Attack Bike-2xMeltaguns, Attack Bike (Multi Melta) Power Fist-210
(You need bikes in a bike army! The extra bike is for an ablative wound and for extra power in close and spreading for objectives.)

Unsure of scouts role in this list. Either go 5 man in a storm or drop the whole lot for another (scoring) bike squad.
You don't take sternguard and have a command squad on bikes instead as you view the former as too slow and then take assault termies! Same problem here to me. I think you need more shooting rather than a rock hard CC unit.
Speeders loadout seems a bit off. If you want to go for DS/rear armour then arm them with melta. If for ranged shooting then get the missiles.
If you do drop the termies then I would also lose the libby in terminator armour - and take either a libby or chappy on a bike. Saved points, maybe some more speeders or some predators.

i think its a cool list. i would try to fit MM attack bikes in because they are great for the points. and i understand the scouts infiltrate with the homer for dropping termies but i too think its out of place in your list. by the way your picture made me laugh out loud ha

How about that?
It seems more themed and there is no slow elements (Other than the Sacrificial Dreadnought), More firepower and a whole lot of contestability.

Couple of thoughts on the list.
1. Always take Lightning Claws instead of PW with Storm Shields. You can't get an extra attack with the PW, so there is no advantage over the LC
2. You really need more troops. Three min-maxed bike squads most likely won't cut it at 1850. To get the points, drop the ironclad and the Powerfists off the existing squads (they really have no business in combat at that size)
3. The two best combinations for speeders at Typhoon with HB or HF and MM/HF. The drawback of the Assault Cannon/HB variant is that it is both short-ranged and not able to fire effectively with 12" move
4. Ironclad just seems out of place because there isn't armor saturation and will be all alone if you decide to go full reserve (a common bike tactic that works wonderously)
5. Consider just taking a captain over the khan if you go the min-maxing route with the bike squads. Combat Tactics is golden to keep them out of close combat.
Check out the 11th Company Podcast for some advice on bikes. They've had steller interviews each of the last three episodes from some of the best players of the khan
Hope this helps

To be honest, I think the Libby on a bike will work better than the Chaplin on a bike, just for the sake of getting that 24" range out there for the Psychic hood. Then you could get him a combi-melta to give your CS a ranged melta weapon. Look at Null Zone, Quickening, Vortex of Doom, and Might of the Ancients. I think having them re-roll Invulnerbility saves is better than re-rolling misses.
I think you should consider ditching the AC/HB landspeeders and use those points and the 265 for 2-3 more squads of bike troops (445pts total).
185pts for another 4 bike squad.
125pts for a 4 man squad with a flamer & meltagun to objective camp.
125pts for a 4 man squad with a flamer & meltagun to objective camp.
Meltabomb for another CS member.
- 445pts
Gives you 6 troops, and the two with flamers and meltaguns are good for clearing out enemy cover campers and they still have anti-armor if needed. It would be a waste to have one of the 185pts squads sit back and cover an objective. Course, you can always go twin Flamer and ditch the meltagun on those two units for anti-hoard, but I think the meltagun gives you the flexibility you need in a army this small.

Not a fan of the flamer on bikes. Because if your using ithem then you are almost definitely going to be assaulted next turn unless you commit a large portion of you force to destroy the unit being flamed.

I understand your concerns, but if you use the unit to contest an objective and/or de-lodge units using cover saves, the flamer will help you alot.
I am picturing Guard in camo-cloaks, Scouts, Rangers, Gretchen, ect... units that your not that afraid of charging you, or you hope charge you.
The Meltagun gives you tactical flexibility and something to deal with walkers. It also means you can now blow up something like a Chaos Rhino or a Chimera squating on a objective. I think you would rather want a flamer and a melta gun then say two melta guns.
At the end of the day, your list, your call. Good luck either way!
