Are vechiles like baneblades only for imperial guard or can they be used by space marines?

Technically they're an Imperial Guard unit, as Marines are an elite strike force they shouldn't need superheavies, relying on manoeverability and synergy rather than sledgehammer tanks, but the allies matrix at the back of the Apoc book allows them to work together in Apoc games. Outside of Apoc you'd need to blend codices somehow, and that's a bit of a 'no no'.

In apoc, you can mix and match any armies by the ally chart. Naturally, all Space Marines Chapters and the Imperial Guard are allied.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.

The thought of Marines with Baneblades is worrying... Land Raiders are bad enough as it is! And i play Marines!

The Chart is only a guide Line. THe actual rules near the front of the book says you can use any units you have. SO you can have a list with a Necron Lord, Space Marines, A BaneBlade, and Ork Battle Wagon. It's all legal.

As to the comment Space Marines don't need Super Heavies, they have Titans, Titans can destroy Baneblades.

On Dakka he was Eldanar. In our area, he was Lee. R.I.P., Lee Guthrie.

The Adeptus Mechanicus has titans, any Marine chapters that have titans are the exception rather than the rule as far as i'm aware...

Though that's totally unepic in a game that is supposed to be epic. At least the Necron Lord, if the weagon is blood axe, the rest might even work.

And that is totally your personal opinion, and is based on nothing more than your preference on how you think the game should be played.

I use a Stormlord to transport my marines in Appoc games.

because 2 devestator squads shooting from the back is just full of win.

I also have a Warhound titan to support my marines.

I don't believe there is any fluff supporting any loyalist Chapter having their own Titans.

Use whatever you want. Apocalypse is just for fun anyways. Not many serous apocalypse tourneys out there. And the serious ones are all about having a laugh. I suppose it looks better if you have a themed apocalyopse army in some way but there is nothing against it. Having a baneblade may be an excuse to get some guard units in your army anyways. Heavy weapons teams can be very useful to a marine force as can all the leman russ variants. You could ignore including guardsmen squads as there is no force organisation in apocalypse.

Didn't marines have some sort of Super-Heavy called a FellBlade? Or was that made up by someone?

I quite like the though of a SM BaneBlade.

Especially my Iron Warriors, it would go nicely with the Shadowsword.

What the SM get is a Land Raider Terminus. It has 3 TL Lascannon and 2 single Lascannon.Or the recent Land Raider Achilles with its hull mounted Thunderfire cannon and sponson mounted TL Multi-melta,plus rules that ignore Lance and Melta weapons extra stuff.

Meh, they're still just Landraiders.

Also, as they're not SuperHeavies they are bound by thr move and fire rules of nromal Land raiders.

The Temrinus isn't that good anyway due to the placement of the guns. The only time it can fire all its guns at one target if it is staring down a titan so the back guns can tilt to fire over the front guns at still see the target.

I want to make a Stormlord for my Deathwing to go around in. Sounds like it would be fun anyway.

I bought the Storm lord kit...

I then built it as a Storm Sword(well that is how I use it Most, i built it more as a Bane-hammer but with any weapon mount aside from the VMB swapable). A 10" S10, AP1, No Cover saves blast; even with about 1/2 the range still does better than the Vulcan Mega bolter(even with "All power to Weapons!")

Although I do lose out on the option to fire 20 Heavy Weapons from the platform.
