Looks like a random model of a statue with Space Marine bits glued on to it.

My guess would be some old Inquisition model, but it could be a DA model.

Statue is most likely out due to the scale(thats a Bloodletter's head in the forground)

Looks like this LOTR statue with a Terminator head and Space marine shoulder pads added:

It's probably that LOTR statue, converted. Looks a lot like a model of a S'pht from the old Marathon computer games. Maybe someone was doing a little homage, or it could be a pure coincidence.

DescriptioN of item: it has a large red robe, a pair of shoulder pads, terminator helmet (which does not look original) and a large poweraxe type weapon. The model is also roughly twice the size of a space marine model

Kroothawk wins! But they also added the warhammer to his hands.

Most likely but the warhammer looks although it has not been added to the model and it has been attached from day one.

Nah. The pointy bit on top of his hands was definitely glued on. It's not even straight.

They cut the stone base off below the robes.

the top one is definitly a kitbash between either a Zombie or a hive ganger and a Necron Lord(thats the staff hes got) and he has a TK/VC skeleton head

the bottom one looks like an early ratling, but it could be a squat(lacking a beard and armor)
