In Apoc are you alowed to make up your own units?

yes when your opponent agrees with you

Apoc is always opponents permission. I mean, all games are to a point, but pick up games and tournament games tend to follow set protocols. Apoc is pretty much always set up between the players, so you can do what you like if your opponent agrees.

You can make your own datasheets.
However you should get your opponents permission before using them since they are likely not to be that balanced.

Kk but at GW they have huge apoc's were there loads of people so would i be able to?

I would say yes, as long as it was ok with players who had troops within about 5m of you, unless it's guns have a longer range than that.

Ask the manager or whoever is running it...

this is the proper response, but if it's a planned event where you're simply showing up (not one of the planners) than I would assume that you could not.

Every game is different, but there's a difference between a 4000pt four game with three buddies that you guys plan ahead, and showing up to a BFG at the shop.
