Daft question is Fantasy Flight Games a stockist/dostributor of Rackham models or are they rereleasing them? I've seen them up on the webstore and was wondering.

Rackham no longer exists, so I'd say "no."

More or less, its whats leftover from Rackham stocks and nothing more is being produced. From what I gather (looked into getting ito AT-43, but Rackham folded while deployed), its a bunch of liquidation stock FFG got in a botched attempt to purchase the rights of AT-43 and/or confrontation. I think the video game company that made blood bowl owns the IP rights to those games now, so don't expect anymore mini's. Damn shame too, that had some nice models and they are a pain to find, especially the really intricate ones anymore.
