I would drop x2 deffkoptas and then make all of them have buzzsaws/rokkits. Killa Kans should not take scorchas, I'd get either zookas or rokkits. I'd rather have Cybork than eavy armor on the nobz. One KFF might be stretched a bit for the entire army.

Maybe drop the 'eavy armor and go for unique nobz to take advantage of wound allocation and cybork? with 4+ save followed by 4+ FNP you'd expect to lose your first nob at 5th failed wound i.e. 20 saveable wound (or 5th unsaveable) [allocating one to each of the four types you're having and the 5th being the killing blow], with unique allocation and 5++ you'll take lose first one at 11th failed wound i.e. 33 saveable wound or 16th unsaveable. I am going to run 10 unique at 401 points as follows
Painboy
PowerKlaw
PK+ BP
Kombi Skorcha
Kombi Skorcha + BP
Waaagh Banner
BC
BC+ BP
Kombi Rokkit + Ammo Runt
Kombi Rokkit + Ammo Runt + BP

@elchristoff I definitely like the unique equip idea, but that would be a lot more points. any idea what i should drop?
@kenshin620 you're definitely right, 1 KFF is a stretch =\. a 5+ invul is better than 4+ 'eavy? wouldn't be a difficult change, same points in the end.
no skorcha? =[ my plan was to kind of keep the deffdread next to the rokkit kan, and skorcha kan with grotzooka kan. give em some quick anti infantry (at least before assault).
personally i've been kind of iffy with putting all buzzsaws on deffkoptas (expensive and fragile). the twin link rokkits give me a nice 8 str attack with about 54.78% chance to hit. versus strength 7 buzzsaw which gets me too close to the enemy. Automatically Appended Next Post: 401 points really? wow that's actually a lot cheaper than i first saw. i'll make some adjustments, thanks christoff

The cybork is better than the 'eavy armour because if your opponent is targetting the big mek specifically, it's gonna be with weapons that are designed to kill ICs, which generally ignore armour.
As said above, the nobs really need to be unique. Everyone raves about them for three reasons:
A. Multiple PKs and lots of attacks
B. They're so easy to make unique
C. Multi wounds (This feeds from B)
I also think skorchas are best left off the kans, they're you're only source of BS 3, if you want templates give them grotzookas.
I wouldn't run the deffkoptas in pairs because if one dies there's a huge chance the other one will run, so you can save points by only taking three.

Well koptas are suppose to be suicide cruise missiles. With rokkits and buzzsaws they should be used to cripple non land raider tanks quickly

D= how can you say that about 2 wound units, that (compared to most orks) can actually damage vehicles.
besides, that's a lotta kill points for point value =\ Automatically Appended Next Post: @dean889
that's very true about the pairing of deffkoptas...i guess i was thinking about making them actually hit their target...hmmm
alright i'll definitely cut back on my deffkoptas, i don't want to lose a lot of kill points. i will definitely change the 'eavy armor to cybork, same cost. and for 401 points! that's a really cheap unique kitting.
