I believe the rule is "Enemy" Models are impassable terrain, but I'm at work and don't have my codex on me. There is a rule involving models counting as impassable terrain, but can't recall what the wording is, sorry.

Saldiven, in his OP He talked about the spore mines living bomb rule. Since friendly models are impassible terrain they will explode when they touch a friendly model.

it's a moot issue actually, if he read the living bomb rules, he'd see it specifically covers touching friendly models. They don't explode, they are removed from play.
