Wych squads would be stronger without the Hydra Gauntlet and the Grenade launcher and using the points for 2 more bodies.
Haywire on the IC is useless. You'll never want to use it.

Dracos hit my first thoughts right on the head - Hydra Gauntlets and Razorflails are there to increase Wych hitting power when you can't take more Wyches. +1 Wych is superior to either of them and costs the same.
If your IC has Haywire grenades....why don't your Wyches? Haywire grenades are good in numbers. Also, the PGLs are pretty - meh - for Wyches. I'd just try to avoid being assaulted, and bam, there's 100% of the benefit they bring to you.
Other than that it looks pretty sharp for what you're going for.

Hmm, i would think that a PGL in each assault squad would be critical to have considering they give you the assault grenades benefit. Losing my high I by assaulting a squad in cover can cripple an attack if half my squad gets wiped out before they hit back. Alot of players will setup their foot troops in cover to shoot (edge of a forest etc). Obviously they would be wasted points if i assaulted a squad not in cover but its nice to be able to for crafty opponents.
I only had the haywire on the IC because i was not sure what else i could do with the 7 points i had left over. Also i originally had haywire on the wych squads to but i got alot of feedback that they are usually wasted points so i removed them. It also gave me just enough points to add the K. Warrior squad.
Are there any armies i would struggle against in tournament with this list?

Wyches already have plasma grenades which are considered assault grenades.

You won't regret having them if a walker, like a dread or killa kan, gets into combat with them. Also, though I've corrected the problem, sometimes there's a transport you just haven't cracked open yet. So when the wyches can multi-assault a troop and a tank, the haywires make it worth it. Though monoliths are infrequent occurrences, haywire Gs are the best way for DE to handle them.

Thanks for the great feedback. I thought my list was solid but you guys made it much better and more efficent. I did have to drop the haywire on the Succubus but her will be running with a squad with haywire so should be fine there i would think. Hopefully this is the final revised list:
