A lot of people At my local store have been talking about a dakkafex. I just want to know what a dakkafex is. Thanks for the help.

I have no idea, but if I had to guess, a Carnifex with a full Gun Loadout, for maximum Dakka.

The current Dakkafex is a Carnifex with two twin linked devourers.

My wife does that and sticks it in a spod. And also spods her devourer gaunts. The woman is devourer crazy. It fething hurts to be totally honest

Dakkafexes, while expensive, do best running in pairs or triples. If i was gonna run just one 12-shot monstrous creature I'd take a hive tyrant/wings and deep strike, then jump around the table firing at things. High volume of s6 fire is good for suppressing vehicles and forcing armor saves on MEQs and Terminators.

I have a guy at my FLGS that runs 2 dakka fexes with 2 Tyranid primes attached to them so they blend in with gaunt squads for the 4+ cover and possible FnP from catalyst. Quite a hard nut to crack aside Th/SS assaults.
