How much gw stuff does a model need to be( bitz , green stuff , etc ) to be tournament legal ?
I want to use a model i found from http://shop.kingdomdeath.com/product/preacher-pinup

Really it depends on the Tournament organiser what's good and what isn't.

Rule of thumb they'll be ok if its ...
a) An accurate representation (has the correct wargear)
b) is a great conversion (it looks good and cannot be confused with something else)
c) it isn't modelled for advantage (Crawling WraithLord)

If you match all three there shouldn't be a problem.

but always ask ...send pictures and know they might change their minds on the day.

Ask your TO. Always prepare that your model might be disqualified so I would ave every model pre-approved before you go through the effort of showing up.
