Can't find my codex so maybe this is spelled out in the codex, and if so just tell me.
Normal templates are placed next to the weapon, where is the template for Destructor placed with a Warlock? The big question is in regards to a Warlock on Jetbike. Is it next to the rider? Next to the Clear Base? Next to any part of the Bike?
Any help would be appreciated.

No, bikes have bases and are not vehicles.
Only their bases count for ranges and templates and such.
It's like how the dangly arms of a genestealer aren't used to determine range and whether a template hits them.

This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.
