Here is my intentionally Terminator-centric Grey Knight list! I've posted a version of this before (as well as one with Draigo). I playtested it yesterday with very good results.

Grey Knights - 2000
Librarian - Halberd, Quicksilver, Might, Sanctuary, Shrouding, Summoning, Psybolt Ammo
10 Terminators - 2 Psycannon & Sword, 6 Halberds, 2 Hammer, Psybolt Ammo
10 Terminators - 2 Psycannon & Sword, 6 Halberds, 2 Hammer, Psybolt Ammo
10 Terminators - 2 Psycannon & Sword, 6 Halberds, 2 Hammer, Psybolt Ammo
Dreadnought - 2 TL Autocannons, Psybolt Ammo
Dreadnought - 2 TL Autocannons, Psybolt Ammo
Dreadnought - 2 TL Autocannons, Psybolt Ammo
Total - 2000

Alternatively, I could drop one Dreadnought and 10 points off the Librarian for the Vindicare. Because I had some extra points, I gave the Librarian a Halberd and Summoning as well.

Thoughts?

Looks solid for a GKT list. I am wary of the lack of Paladins but if you're not taking Draigo than there isn't much point. I definitely think you need the Vindicare, he is practically a must take unit for any GK list.

The lack of mobility in GKT lists still has me worried but we'll see. It may not be entirely necessary with all the firepower they put out.

My main issue with the Vindicare is that he is an easy kill point and isn't as useful in Dawn of War. If I opt to reserve everything, he is even more out of place.

My opponents can and will begin to focus fire on him early once they learn just how powerful he is. I feel that the more I use him, the less useful he'll become. I don't think a seasoned player is going to ignore him. I know full well what I would shoot first every game, KPs or not.

I think that your biggest problem will be long range armies.

Once the three dreads are gone, you are on foot with 24" guns. It will be easy to out manuver and out range you. This is a problem that is just inherent with Terminator lists in general.

I would drop the Auto cannons on one dread w/ psybolt ammo, leave default, drop down to 6 terms on one squad (having to loose 1 psycannon), and drop the psybolt for the librarian (not worth it for only 1 storm bolter unless you have nothing else better).

Then put the dread and 6 terms in the stormraven, and choose your flavor from the free set you can take with the storm raven. That will give you mobility and a target for your enemy to pull it way from your main force, and is deadly. I've had a lot of luck with storm ravens and dreadnoughts in them, and the terminators would just boost it's strength and give the rest of your army time to maneuver.

Not much for hordes. Might consider a Heavy flamer on the dread (free), or incinerator instead of psycannon for 6 man termy. Might also look towards a stave for the librarian instead of the halberd. Might also consider putting him in the strom raven, dropping that unit down to 5, and using summoning to bring another one up, but kind of dangerous for deep strike for such an expensive unit.

Give the librarian three servo-skulls!

I was able to mitigate speed by dropping my enemy's transports as quickly as possible. This allowed me to fight on my terms. In KPs and Capture & Control, my list is fine. Too many objectives in Seize Ground can be an issue. I've played Pitched Battle and Spearhead, but I'm really curious to see how DoW plays out with my army. I haven't felt like I had to go all reserves yet.

While I can see the usefulness of Storm Ravens, I don't think they'd work well unless run in pairs at the very least. By your suggestion, I'd lose 4ish Terminators and a Psycannon for one Armor 12 transport. Within the contexts of my list, I believe it'd be the first vehicle to go down every game, unless it weren't on the table! I'd rather try to keep everything together as one cohesive force.

As for horde-type armies, I found that S5 Storm Bolters and Psycannons made short quick of Dark Eldar and 40 FnP-ed Termagants. I expect similar results against Orks.

I tried that and felt the 15 points could be better used elsewhere (namely a halberd and an extra power!).

I'm glad to see everyone isn't claiming the Vindicare is entirely necessary. However, I could try this:

Grey Knights - 2000
Librarian - Quicksilver, Might, Sanctuary, Shrouding, Psybolt Ammo
Vindicare
10 Terminators - 2 Psycannon & Sword, 6 Halberds, 2 Hammer, Psybolt Ammo
10 Terminators - 2 Psycannon & Sword, 6 Halberds, 2 Hammer, Psybolt Ammo
10 Terminators - 2 Psycannon & Sword, 6 Halberds, 2 Hammer, Psybolt Ammo
Dreadnought - 2 TL Autocannons, Psybolt Ammo
Dreadnought - 2 TL Autocannons, Psybolt Ammo
Total - 2000
