I bought the space marine vanguard veteran squad for my BA army, and when i first looked at the models I was pleased. The detail was there, as well as the softer material which will allow me to easily convert these models. However before I took anyting out of the sprue, I noticed that the most dynamic model, the one coming down with a two handed power sword, had his two arms on the sprue but with the sword missing... Is this something I can complain about? I know gamesworkshop supposedly good with replacedments, but will they do it on such a small (but imo) important piece? If so do i go to the FLGS where I bought it or what...

I'd call them, take a picture and see if you can email them, they may mail you a replacement pice or simply have you exchange it at your flgs
