There's a few problems with this I think.
Firstly, you have so so so so so many Meltas its ridiculous. Yes, very useful for hitting tank, but you've already got 4 Oblits for that job... I'm assuming?
Id either scrap the Oblits or the Chosen Squad, Id personally scrap the Chosen Squad.
Remember, you have to get them realllll close to get those meltas working right, and every hit you take is gonna be a big dent out of your unit.
Secondly, I would take some of those extra points you saved on your Chosen Squad and pad the Berzerkers a bit more. If you get them into combat with minimal losses, just remember you are getting 4 attacks per model on the charge.
Lets say you get into combat with the enemy with 2 wounds on your unit.
That's 24 attacks with the 6 remaining members.
Take 12 in the unit though, and those 2 wounds leaves you with 10 remaining members, equaling 40 attacks.
Lastly, Personally, I've never been a fan of Plague marines over regular Marines. The feel no Pain rule is fantastic, but considering you have no real Armor to speak of, the enemy can use all those heavy shots they'd be saving for your tanks on your expensive plague marines, ignoring that rule.
Also, I'm just very unlucky with dice rolls haha.
Anyways, other than that looks pretty solid.

It looks good. Mean list.
One thing you are missing is large blast templates. The most destructive use of lash is to force troops together so that they all get caught by a big instant death pie plate. It's not easy to kill a whole unit with only 2 attacks, but lash with pie plates can do it. Plasma cannons from the Obliterators work on some stuff, but don't cut it against things like Ork Nobz or huge troop squads.
I would try to find points for a demolisher. They're good in general, but especially for a dual-lash list. The str. 10 blast is also great for vehicles, infantry and anything it hits.
I think the Chosen will really struggle to make their points back. At 175, they will have to melta something really big to make them worth it. And with a squad size of 5, odds are that they'll be dying early and often.
Love Possession on the LR. Always take that.
I personally would never take a power weapon over a power fist with Berzerkers. The standard Berzerkers can take care of anything weedy. The Skull champ is there to murder things like Monsterous Creatures, Vehicles and Walkers. The melta bombs won't cut it, I think. Plus- how are you going to pass on str. 9?
If you do keep the Power Weapon, I'd stick the Power Fist squad in the LR.

There's really no such thing as too much melta & playing a game where you're 'trying to earn points back' just doesn't work. There are so many units you put on the table, not all of them can make their points back - it's useless to even try. Even when you're winning, you're going to have a few units that just won't do it. A Lash Prince will rarely make it's points back for example - it's just there to move things around. Personally, I think it's a solid list, but could use a few tweaks. For one - I personally would ditch the LR. It's the only big tank in the list, so will be a priority target early on. I would scrap it, bump the Zerkers up to 10 models each, give both Skull Champs a fist & put them in Rhino's. They can't assault out of a Rhino, but that is rarely a setback, tbh. Also, drop the melta-bombs, those are just silly on Zerker units. That gives you just over 100pts to spend, so I would bump the PM squads up a couple models to 9 each & take the Plasma out of the one squad & put melta in it. Mech is pretty much everywhere these days, so the more melta the better honestly. PM's are fantastic objective holders & are head & shoulders above standard CSM, in every way. Fearless, T5 & FnP are all welcome additions to objective holding squads like this. And given the fact they have defensive grenades, it's not a problem when you get assaulted. A possessed Vindicator would probably be a solid addition, being that you have Lash, but Obliterators are a nice compromise. The Oblits are 5pts more than a possessed Vindi, so maybe play test your list w/ one squad of Oblits & a possessed Vindi & this list & see which you like better. ~Vryce
