I was thinking about getting into Warmahordes after the impressive showing at KingdomCon earlier this year, but there doesn't seem to be any players at the FLGSes I frequent. Are there any in San Diego, or should I just get into Infinity as the side project from 40K?

There is a small group that meets at Game Empire for Warmahordes. I'm only a 40K player so I don't have any info about them but if you ask the owner of Game Empire or check their forums you may be able to find them.
