Took about two weeks of off and on painting, but I'm really happy with how he turned out. The new things I tried on this model were the weathering on the metal of the jet on the back and putting water effects on the gash and the eye. A lot of images so I'll put them in a spoiler.

Spoiler:

Now the question is, what to paint next?
To choose from we have:
Another FW Warboss on a Warbike
The next 9 out of 12 Nobs on bikes
The next 3 out of 6 Deffkoptas
The next 2 out of 3 Trukks
The Sanguinor
Lemartes
Sanguinary Priest
3 SM Vindicators
The next 2 out of 3 Baal Predators
2 Furioso Librarians
A Slayer from Warmachine
or Repaint Mortenebra, it suffered a pretty bad paint chip the other day.
Let the voting commence!

Looks great. I like the subdued reds a lot. Orks with blazing, outrageous reds irritate me

Awesome, thanks! Never been the biggest fan of doing extreme highlights and such. I think they look good but I prefer something more realistic I guess. Started cutting out parts for the vindicator, but tempted to start on the other bikers so at least I can start proxying my 2k list in the near future.
