I see all these different things in for example the codex of chaos horns but when i try to make some, i just can't seem to. Can someone please help me?

For a lot of my chaos stuff, I used horns & skulls from the tomb kings skeleton warrior/tomb guard sets.

It doesn't matter how bloody far the apple falls from the tree. If the apple fell off of a Granny Smith, that apple is going to grow into a Granny bloody Smith. The only difference is whether that apple grows in the shade of the tree it fell from. |

Are we talking smooth horns of textured ridged horns? I've done a fiar bit of either, smooth horns I usually just do as an ivory soft of look, straight bleacched bone then a gloss after sealingbecause a lot of the more complex looks are hard to get to look right, though I did do a really good grey horn once you just do three different grays starting dark then randomly line across them in a lighter shade then lighter again with overlap, for textured horn just basecoat then dryblush, try out different colors to see what you like.

I tend to do Khemri Brown, Bleached Bone, Ogryn Flesh wash. Touch up with Bleached Bone again.

His answer was correcting your post. Please work on your spelling and grammar, as before his post I had no idea what you were going on about.
I paint my Chaos horns in Dheneb Stone, then use Devlan Mud or Gryphonne Sepia wash at the very base. I use Skull White on the very tips of them sometimes too.
This guy I painted has Dheneb Stone horns with Gryphonne Sepia over them and then Devlan Mud on the very bottom:
