You say Greater Daemon of Khorne, I say Grey Knight Brotherhood Champion's special rule: Heroic Sacrifice. I then say "Greater Daemon of Khorne, go die!!!"

No point in taking Crowe unless you plan on spamming Purifiers. His main purpose is to unlock them as troops. You should take note as well that Crowe is not an IC he cannot join any squads. He's a lone wolf.

Also they are the only PAGK choice that can field mass cheap psycannons. For MSU go:

5 Purifiers, 1 hammer, 2 halbs, 2 psycannons, psyback.

For 1500 Id say:

Crowe
6 puris 1 hammer, 2 cannons, 3 halbs
6 puris 1 hammer, 2 cannons, 3 halbs
6 puris 1 hammer, 2 cannons, 3 halbs
5 puris 1 hammer, 2 cannons, 2 halbs
4 Psybacks, lights
2 Psyfleman Dreads, lights
1 Ven Psyfleman Dread, light

I am the Hammer. I am the point of His spear. I am the mail about His fist...

another thing to note is that Crowe is NOT an independent character and can thereby NOT join squads. and when you take Crowe your Purifiers are not elites, they are Troops Choices.

1) Any model with only 1 attack should NEVER upgrade their Nemesis Force Sword. It is simply too many points and not worth it in the long run.

2) Grey Knights can work very well in Rhinos. 2x Psycanons can shoot out of the top hatch. Razorbacks are good if you want more firepower at the 36"+ range.

3) Psybolt ammo is a fixed cost no matter the squad size. It is only worth it on a 10 man squad. Ex 10x Strike squad with 2x Canons and Psybolt ammo in a Rhino is a good build.

4) Purgation squads are just not that great. You can take a lot of Pycannons in Purifier squads, and most of the time you will be shoot 2 canons out the hatch of a rhino. Having 4 is not that great.

5) I would not recommend taking a hammer in a 5 man Purifier squad. I think that 2x canons, 3x halberds are better. It deals more damage at Int 6 thus limiting the damage that they take in return.

6) Terminators can do well just to keep some swords. They get a 4++ save in combat. Having 1 hammer, 2x swords, 2x halberds is good. You can throw some of the facions in there if you want. I would always take another Psycanon when I can instead of the Incinerator.

7) NEVER take Psybolt ammo on anything that has Hurricane Bolters. It makes them no longer a defensive weapon so you will never get to shoot them.
My Storm Raven build is this: Multi-Melta, Assault Cannon, Hurricane bolters.
Psybolt ammo is too many points for the storm raven, and it not that good either.
24" move, 4+ cover save, and you can shoot the multi-melta. That is a great combination.
Move 12" and you can melta a tank, then fire the rest of the guns at an infantry target.

8) You will need some long rage firepower in your army, whether you decide to take razorbacks or Psy-Rifle Dreads is up to you.

Just so you know Crowe cannot go with any unit as he's not a I.C :( . Also if you're taking Crowe then mass Purifiers is what you need.

5 man squads don't need psybolt ammo as it makes the Marines cost 4 points more.

I've tried Psybacks but personally I found Rhinos better as they can pillbox while Psybacks you need to get out exposing yourself to small arms fire.

Strike Squad will die without a transport.

Stormravens needs to come in pairs like all vehicles as will be easy target. Also doesn't need hurricane bolters.

Should take two Purgation Squads and no halberd as you should be shooting not in combat. ONly take a halberd if you're taking mass incinerators as you will be in assault then.

Better list would be to drop Crowe and take another HQ. Drop the Purifiers and add another Stormraven maybe another Terminator but you do need more troops and transports with them. TBH I don't think a single Stormraven will always last long in 1.5k games.
