The sink.

So I want to replace the poles of my Bane Knights' halberds with steel wire so I don't have to keep straightening them. How do I do that? And where do I get the wire?

Your local model shop should sell brass rod in various diameters - that would be better than wire.

The main difficulty in such a conversion is drilling really accurate holes into your models to mount the rods - get it wrong and they'll look silly.
