Do Space Marine Chaplans believe that the Emperor is God?
Do Tech Marines believe in Machine God and Omissiah?
Considering that Space Marines in general don't believe that Emperor is a god.

I was under the strong impression that the belief that the Emperor was not a god vanished shortly after the heresy, and has become so contorted in the year 40K that everyone in the imperium pretty much sees the Emperor as a god being.

Its in several fluff spots that each chapter holds its own beliefs, and so some will see the emperor as a god, others as "merely" a good example to be followed, its kinda the same thing with the Primarchs.
Many of them believe that the Emperor was a good man, and should be venerated as such, but do not believe in any gods whatsoever (the original "Imperial Truth" as it were). I think that many, if not most of the chapters that believe this are first or second founding chapters, since they have been round the longest.

I understand it the same way Ensis Ferrae does, and clearly from the BL fluff, even within a squad, some venerate the Emperor as a powerful physic presence and admirable human while others worship him as their god (in 40k, not HH).
So back to the OP, many Chaplains would worship the Emperor, but not all... and many Techmarines are isolated by their more Martian views (which certainly could include the Omnissiah).

Marines don't generally worship the Emperor as a god, merely as a great, great guy. The regular Joes in the Imperium, on the other hand, do, as I'm sure some Marines may.

If im not mistaken are not the adeptus astartes imbued with his gene seed. Wouldn't they be as much a god as he? In that they have knowledge of how he is merely a shining example more than a diety. Something to aspire to...
Or is it more a buddah type thing? some say god some say real nice guy that happens to levitate at partys and stuff...

In an indirect way, but they don't have his psychic might, which is what makes him god-like.
Each Space Marine chapter holds it's own beliefs, lead by the Chaplains. I haven't heard of any who worship The Emperor as a god, all the known ones consider him to be a very powerful and very good man, and as their gene father.
