Anyone?

As per title, can anyone suggest up-beat songs for when I head back to the gym?

My old playlist is worn and tired...

Wow... 14 views and not one suggestion.

Shame on you Dakka.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

Other than the suggestion of Metallica, how are any of those gym workout songs.

I hate to assume that the majority of Dakka have never been into a gym, but from the quality of these posts its a safe bet that most here have not.

.. I think that's enough of the amusing song suggestions for the moment please folks. A laugh and a joke is fair enough, if not inevitable given certain set ups, but if we could have further suggestions be in a more sensible vein please.

Much obliged.

Reasonably heavy technical music is great for working out, as it's easy to lose track of time while you listen to it. Anything that keeps your mind off of the physical activity you're performing is great, as the more you think about what you're doing, the harder it is. Djent keeps your mind totally engaged, and it gives you a little extra adrenaline that you may find useful, though it can be a bit difficult to keep up a consistant rhythm if your workout requires it (you get used to it after a while, though).
