Zap does a superglue that is apparently designed for clear acetate parts and is not supposed to fog them (Plasti-Zap) - but I've not yet tried it.
That would appear to be it. Every other superglue will fog if you leave no way for the fumes to escape (the way the cockpit parts go together, there is NO way for the fumes to escape).
I just use thin polystyrene cement (in a jar) applied with a brush in a thin bead. Then I press the piece down after it looks like it has started to "soak into" the plastic.
