Well,
I recently realized i do have almost complete BA army, however i do have a AoBR set as well which i am not using in BA.
What would be the best amry to start out of AoBR set? DA?BT?Vanilla?Puppies?

Well, the AoBR Marines are best used in a vanilla list as the Marines, Termies, and Dread lack iconography of a specific chapter like BA, SW or DA.

Yeah, but i never had a nilla dex so question is what fraction i can get most out of. I mean DA seems option as well as thye have TDA/PA troops....not sure about BT or puppies...

Considering how amazing the current BT Tac Terminators are, all you have to do is get an extra Terminator power fist and some CMLs and you've got one of the best units in the Codex. The Tactical Marines can be used as the "fodder" part for lasplas squads and if you've got spare plasma guns you can give them those too. The only negative part would be that the shoulder pads have the tactical squad arrow, which us Templars don't use. With some bling you can turn the dreadnought into a ven. dread, another ace unit.

What are the good assets of BT army, i mean i never faced BT's just saw them 
what would be sample army at range of 1500p like?

At 1500 I have a 2 AoBR starter set army that works really well.
Convert 1 captain to Pedro Kantor
Convert 1 captain to Librarian with null zone
2 ven dread with mm/sb with extra armor
10 termies with 2 cyclone with chainfist
2x10 tac with powerfists
Pedro's +1 attack really buffs all the units very well, and as you only have 2 vehicles (and ven dreads are very tough vehicles at that) a lot of anti vehicle shooting is wasted on you. 7 KP in a KP game is a pretty small number, and combat squads for objectives gets you a good number more troops.
