in this MWG video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nK2CZSKX7Ic
at 4:33 he says I can have MoS: Lash and another Non-Specific Chaos God Psychic Power such as Warp.

I just need a simple yes or no clarification on that

Also just wondering does Warp only allow me to reroll any hits/wounds I miss or does it allow me to just completely attack again?

You require MoT to take two powers.

The RAW says "may re-roll all rolls to hit and rolls to wound", nothing about failed rolls as other things state so...I'd say you could re-roll successful if you wanted too.

Thanks a lot.
So I just Reroll everything then?
Coolio.

Yeah but you need to use the re-rolled results, you can't pick & choose as there's no "take the highest" ruling here.

No point re-rolling successful unless I'm missing part of the intended tactics ;D.

YO DAKKA DAKKA!

The answers you'll get to the Warptime question concern whether you re-roll:

a) Only failed rolls to hit/wound
b) All rolls to hit/wound or none at all
c) Any combination of successful or unsuccessful rolls to hit/wound

There's practically no argument that you can choose whether to re-roll or not (the word 'may' gives you that choice) but the option (b) above is quite a common - if unexpected - stance that if you choose to re-roll then you must re-roll every dice whether successful or not.

If you're going to use use Warptime then you should clarify this with your opponent before every game, defaulting to a roll-off if you can't decide between yourselves. At an organised event you ought to consult your TO/TR before you play any games and secure his ruling before there are any problems!

The main rulebook specifies that re-rolls are optional. Warp Time gives you the ability to re-roll all of your attacks. The main rulebook makes each of those re-rolls a choice.

So I guess I'll go with the most common, and say reroll all even if some are successful.

Also I can reroll to hit and wound in the same turn? I don't need to choose one correct?

The most common interp, IME, is to re-roll whichever ones you want.

Yes, you get to re-roll BOTH to hit and wound. And if you're a Tzeentch prince with Wind of Chaos or another shooting power, it works on that too!

Agreed with Mann; it also coincides more neatly with the fluff, with talks about supernatural precision - wild flailing /= supernatural precision!

Haha maybe I should take a majority vote on dakka dakka?

Edit: So I guess I will reroll what I chose since it seems to fit and more people do it.
