I was wondering if anyone knew about firing plasma guns from transports, if there is a 'gets hot' incident, what should you do? Does it damage the transport, kill everyone, or do nothing?

Roll the save for the model that actually fired the weapon.

....and hope you dont kill 25% of the unit, as there are no rules covering embarked modles taking morale checks, and you might lose the entire unit....
