Heyy guys something came up in a game last night and I just wanted to check to see if we played it right:

5 terminators and a Librarian are embarked in a Stormraven, can I then proceed to use "The Shrouding" psychic power (activated in my opponents shooting phase) even though the Stormraven has no fire points?

Thanks,

MA.

Fire points are only needed for Psychic Shooting Attacks.

As long as The Shrouding is not a PSA then you can use it. (It sounds like The Shrouding is not a PSA if it is activated in your opponents shooting phase.)

Non-shooting powers can be used from within a vehicle. It's only shooting ones that require a firing point.
