Hi there I am a relatively new wargamer, but I really enjoy 40K. Also please check out my blog, the link is in my signature. Lastly it would be nice if I could have some guidance an a problem I am having. I have the Space Marines and Orks from AoBR, I play SM my friend plays the Orks but neither of us really like either armies to much. What should we do?

Welcome to Dakka.
As to your question, I'm afraid I don't understand. You play the armies but don't like them?

What's your play style? Run in and chop the hell out of everything, stay back and shoot the hell out of everything, or a bit of both the hell out of everything?
The best thing you can do is read up on each of the armies codex's, see what you like most from each and then which one plays best for you. There's an element of trial and error, expect to accumulate numerous armies / races over the coming years!
My advice is decide what you enjoy most - gaming / modelling / painting, and then pick an army that would help you best achieve that.
Feel free to bash a few ideas out on here, I'll help if I can
( Ps, welcome to Dakka)
