In the space marine codex it says I can upgrade my Librarian to an Epistolary for 50 points. It doesnt say anywhere what an Epistolary is, what its stats are, or basically anything

In 4th ed it adds a wound or something, but for 50 points it must do more than that surely?

Any ideas on this glaring flaw?

...and that would be your 2 HQ choices.

Check the beginning of the psychic power section in your codex(at least that's where the BA one lists it). It can be useful depending on what your fighting to be able to use 2 powers a turn.

In SM, it states it in the librarian entry with all the fluff and pictures and everything.
