Not a fan of the choice of music. It's very cheesy and not befitting what you're trying to portray. Your art could definitely use some work, but the detail in the backgrounds show you put some work into this. I wouldn't use Comic Sans as a font ever, as it's objectively horrible. The dialogue was very bad, and we didn't really get to see enough of the mutants. It's a start, and for what limited tools you have at your disposal it didn't come out too bad.
Hmm... I still have some time before handing it in.
What kind of music would you advice?
And I know my art isn't great.
Usually I keep the pages a lot smaller, now each panel appears BIGGER then I drew it.

I think THIS: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TUHFfR8hWcA would fit better, especially if you are able to edit it to fit better the images (tweak times on each slide, perhaps cut parts of the song, etc). If not that something like that, darker mood while still being quite melodic.
As much as I love Metallica, I wouldn't opt for any music with overt lyrics. It makes it distracting to read when you can hear somebody singing. Stick in some music from the Dawn of War games, or find something from a film soundtrack you like that isn't too in your face.

I kinda agree, but without vocals the choice is much more restricted... It's less aggressive but from the top of my head only this comes to mind: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gvaAOTcbn1w
